Below is a list of our standard tasks when we report on your property, including, but not limited to…

Arrival and turning on main water supply (if applicable).

Visual check of landscaping and irrigation system(s).
Z
De-activate alarm system.
Z
Bring in mail & newspapers.
Z
Check and record room temperature and humidity-verified with hygrometer.
Z
Lower thermostat to verify operation of AC system and temperature from supply.
Z
Run water in all sinks, tubs, and showers.
Z
Check under sinks for signs of water leaks.
Z
Run disposal(s).
Z
Flush and brush toilets.
Z
Check interior walls and ceilings for visual mold, mildew, or water damage.
Z
Check exteriors including lanais, decks, patios, sliding doors and garages, walls and roof lines.

Check condition of pool and equipment.

Verify all doors and windows are locked and secured upon departure.

Re-activate alarm system.

Service Plans Below

We offer two service plans: weekly and twice monthly. Weekly visits are recommended. We do not offer monthly visits as this is just too much time between visits and if an issue arises it can quickly escalate by going undetected for a 30-day period.

A detailed Home Watch report will be electronically sent to you or your authorized representative(s). Should we find any issues needing attention, we will notify you immediately and document the issue with photos and descriptions. In the event of discovering an issue of magnitude, we will notify you immediately and then contact a pre-determined service provider of your choosing, as well as fully document the issue.

During your absence we also monitor the activity and workmanship of your regularly scheduled maintenance providers to assure you are receiving the service you expect. Feel free to let us know to check on any item you may feel requires “extra attention”.

Storm Preparedness: We are available to assist with pre-storm prep, and post storm checks and repairs (if necessary). Please visit us at our concierge page for additional information.
